Dear Mr. Song IL-Kook,

Congratulations to you and your wife for the birth of your triplet sons.
We are members of the “Songdaslarim” fan club (Song Il-Kook’s Friends) from Turkey.

As members of your Turkish fan club, we would like to offer you a gift for the birth of your sons.
As we all know your amazing love for your country and deep respect for the environment, we thought planting some trees for you in Turkey.

We had 5 trees planted for you and your family at the Memorial Forest in Izmir, which is one of the most beautiful cities of Turkey. We were able to do this through TEMA Foundation (Turkish Foundation for Combating Soil Erosion, for Reforestation and the Protection of Natural Habitats).

We love you very much.

This is the plaque for Akiko, who could not be there to receive it. I correct that Akiko is not GeNtLe president, she's a fan who has been helping with Korean-Japanese translations and many other things over the years.
